Refunds & Cancellations
Digital products (eBooks, downloads)
- We offer refunds within [7/14] days of purchase if the file has not been downloaded or if the file is defective and we cannot provide a working copy.
Courses & Learning Hub (AI-Powered Learning)
- Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from My Account → Subscriptions.
- Cancelling stops future charges; past charges are non-refundable.
- If you experience technical issues that prevent access within the first [7] days, contact us—we’ll help or refund if we can’t resolve it.
One-time programs/bundles
- Refunds within [7/14] days if less than [10%] of the content has been consumed and you contact support with details.
How to request a refund
- Email support@digitalnutrients.com with your order number and reason.
- We’ll respond within 1–2 business days.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Exceptions
- Abusive or excessive refund requests may be declined.
- Promotional/discounted items follow the same policy unless stated otherwise.
