Where to find your downloads
- After checkout, download links are shown on the confirmation page and sent by email.
- You can also log in → My Account → Downloads.
Where to find your courses
- Log in → Learning Hub.
- Premium content (AI-Powered Learning) requires an active subscription.
Common download fixes
- Try a different browser (Chrome/Edge/Firefox) or incognito window.
- Disable VPNs/ad-blockers or allow staging.digitalnutrients.com.
- If the link expired, log in to My Account → Downloads to refresh.
Course/Hub access fixes
- Confirm you’re logged into the same email used for purchase.
- If you just purchased, wait a few minutes and refresh.
- Clear cache: Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+R.
Mobile devices
- iOS: Files app → Downloads.
- Android: Files/Downloads app → Recent.
