Where to find your downloads

  • After checkout, download links are shown on the confirmation page and sent by email.
  • You can also log in → My Account → Downloads.

Where to find your courses

  • Log in → Learning Hub.
  • Premium content (AI-Powered Learning) requires an active subscription.

Common download fixes

  • Try a different browser (Chrome/Edge/Firefox) or incognito window.
  • Disable VPNs/ad-blockers or allow staging.digitalnutrients.com.
  • If the link expired, log in to My Account → Downloads to refresh.

Course/Hub access fixes

  • Confirm you’re logged into the same email used for purchase.
  • If you just purchased, wait a few minutes and refresh.
  • Clear cache: Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+R.

Mobile devices

  • iOS: Files app → Downloads.
  • Android: Files/Downloads app → Recent.
