Digital products (eBooks, downloads)

  • We offer refunds within [7/14] days of purchase if the file has not been downloaded or if the file is defective and we cannot provide a working copy.

Courses & Learning Hub (AI-Powered Learning)

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from My Account → Subscriptions.
  • Cancelling stops future charges; past charges are non-refundable.
  • If you experience technical issues that prevent access within the first [7] days, contact us—we’ll help or refund if we can’t resolve it.

One-time programs/bundles

  • Refunds within [7/14] days if less than [10%] of the content has been consumed and you contact support with details.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@digitalnutrients.com with your order number and reason.
  2. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days.
  3. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Exceptions

  • Abusive or excessive refund requests may be declined.
  • Promotional/discounted items follow the same policy unless stated otherwise.
